Coffee from Shantawene Village is located in the Bensa District of Sidama, Ethiopia. This natural anaerobic cold fermentation process lot is a collection of coffees from the village, produced at the local mill run by two brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo . 

Shantawene has won 7th place (from more than 1,400 entries) in the 2020 Cup of Excellence in Ethiopia!

Tasting notes: peach, orange, chamomile, jasmine, almond liquer

Best brewed as filter with no milk added.
